Our products are classified as terminal fishing goods and may be exposed to water, scent, heat, handling, and outdoor elements. Because of this, returned items cannot be resold for safety and quality reasons.

If you receive:
A damaged item
A defective product
The wrong item
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

Clear photo of packaging
Description of the issue
Failure to provide photos within 24 hours may result in denial of the claim.
If approved, we will:
Replace the item, or
Issue store credit at our discretion
Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed and are issued only in rare circumstances at our sole discretion.
We are not responsible for:
Carrier delays
Lost packages in transit
Stolen packages after delivery
Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
If your tracking shows “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the customer.
By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in being permanently banned from future purchases.
